Need to pass your theory test?
This way you prepare yourself!
To take the AVD exam, you must have passed your theory test. Don't have a driver's license yet? Then you must complete your motorcycle theory before your first lesson.
At Wildenberg Driving School, you can add the complete theory course, including 50 practice exams, to your Student App for just € 59,- . This way, you'll be optimally prepared and increase your chances of passing on the first try. This investment will save you time and money, and boost your confidence on the road.
Exam by age
(A-stepped)
The age for obtaining an A driving license (for a heavy motorcycle) has been lowered from 24 to 21. If you obtain your license before the age of 24, you will receive code 80 on your license. This allows you to ride a tricycle, a light (A1), or a medium-weight motorcycle (A2). After two years—or as soon as you turn 24—code 80 automatically expires, and you can also ride a heavy motorcycle without an additional test.
For your A license, you'll take two practical exams: AVB (vehicle control) and AVD (traffic participation). You must first pass your motorcycle theory exam and AVB (unless you already have an A1 or A2 license, in which case retaking the theory exam isn't necessary).

Basic Package A – For those who are starting from scratch and want to prepare thoroughly for both exams.
